We work with some of the top sustainable product manufacturers and continue to research new technologies on the market for sales and partnership opportunities. Position Overview:
We are seeking an energetic and motivated individual with a commitment to sustainability and an entrepreneurial approach.
Responsibilities:
*Working with existing client base in the 5 boroughs of New York as well as Long Island and Westchester.
*Build upon existing client base through generating new relationships with architects, designers and engineers within the territory.
*Make appointments with architects, designers and engineers within territory
*Follow up on potential building projects to secure product sales
*Call on distribution channels to ensure product availability in territory
Qualifications:
The individual must be described by the following characteristics:
*Hard working and motivated by the potential of a commission based position
*Experience in the architecture and design industry
*LEED Accreditation and/or similar credentials preferred
*Trust worthy with high integrity and a focus on sustainability
*Excellent verbal communication skills
*Strong desire to grow in the position and meet future sales goals
Compensation:
Base compensation plus commissions on all new business generated. This will be structured as a long-term consulting position with potential for future growth within the company.
